t's the mildly spicy miso instant noodle soup with the intimidatingly long name. "Ansung" is a small city in Korea (also Romanized "Anseong"), while "Tangmyun" means "noodle soup" Ansung tangmyun has long been a favourite for its comforting, agreeable flavour. The popularity of Nongshim's Ansung tangmyun stems from the tasty flavour and instant noodles that are thin yet chewy. The soup has a mild spicy flavour with seaweed flakes like any good miso soup. It is a favourite for people to add on their own ingredients, as the flavour works well with a variety of ingredients.
Mildly spicy bean paste stew flavour with a well-rounded beef flavour within every bite.
The shiitake mushroom toppings are a welcome addition and a lot more forward than toppings in other dishes In addition there are also bits of seaweed flakes which contribute to the clean broth flavour.
The beef and fermented bean is a great pairing- the beef flavour helps to round out the fermented soybean flavour so it’s more subtle than you’d think It’s probably one of the best balanced dishes in the lineup, flavour-wise.
