Ingredients:

Wheat Flour 65%, Water, Salt

Cooking instructions:

1.  Bring a pan of water to the boil (For 90g of noodles use 1 Litre of water)

2.  Add noodles to the pan stir occasionally

3. Simmer for 10 Minutes 

4. Drian and water immediately in cold water

5. Serve warn or cold with udong dipping
