Itsuki Yude Udon Noodle with Soup Sachet (3pcs.) 630g

These noodles have a high gluten density with a chewy texture and does not easily lose its starch. By using a vacuum mixer, the amount of air that hinders the penetration of water between flour can be easily reduced, so it is easy for the water to penetrate in a short time and enables quick cooking.

Fresh Udon noodles are thick white noodles made from wheat and noted for their fine, palatable and smooth taste. Because proper udon are much thicker than ramen or soba, it is common in Japan for udon to come pre-boiled and sealed in vacuum packs to avoid spoilage. All the better to save time that can be better spent slurping those tasty noodles up!

The easiest way to enjoy your udon! This handy pack contains three single-serve packets of pre-cooked udon noodles, each with a sachet of traditional soup stock made using both Japan-grown bonito fish and Kombu kelp seaweed from the coast of Hidaka, in Hokkaido. Easy to prepare in the microwave or on a stove top, this udon is perfect for a quick, easy, and satisfying meal.
