Golden Curry Sauce Mild Hot
Japanese Curry Mix In Block
No Meat Contained
Suggestion Of Ingredients (12 Servings):
900g beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 900g onion, 250g carrot, 300g potato (all these ingredients are desirably chopped), 2 tbsp oil, 1200 ml water, 1 carton S & B Golden Curry Mix (for half pack of 6 servings, use half the amount of ingredients with 660 ml water)
Cooking Directions:
1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large saucepan on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
3. Turn the heat off, break S & B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the saucepan. Stir until sauce mixes are completely dissolved. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly
4. Serve hot over rice or noodles
